At VCardLine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds. This policy complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and international payment standards.

1. Free Plan

VCardLine offers a free plan with no payment required. No refund requests apply to free plan usage.

2. Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform before upgrading to a paid plan. Charges made after the trial period are non-refundable.

3. Paid Subscriptions

3.1 Monthly Plans

If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the active month.

3.2 Yearly Plans

If you subscribe to a yearly plan, you may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing year. No partial refunds are issued for unused months unless required by applicable law.

4. 14-Day Refund Right - Israeli Users

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (Amendment No. 9), Israeli users have the right to cancel their subscription and receive a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that:

- The cancellation request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date
- The paid features have not been significantly used
- The request is submitted in writing tosupport@vcardline.com

Refunds under this provision will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

5. EU Users - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, users located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided that:
-The Service has not been fully performed
-You have not explicitly waived your right of withdrawal

6. Exceptions - No Refund Will Be Issued For

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Requests based on dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
  • Charges resulting from failure to cancel before the renewal date
    • Promotional or discounted plans unless required by law

7. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or in error, contact us atsupport@vcardline.comwithin 7 days of the charge. Include your account email and transaction details. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 5 business days.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

9. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your VCardLine dashboard under Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 14-day refund window.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
