Welcome to VCardLine. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the VCardLine website and digital business card platform (collectively, the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the User) and VCardLine (the Company, us, or we).

1. Legal Framework

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and comply with:

• Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981
• Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981
• Israeli Electronic Commerce Law, 2002
• European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - EU 2016/679
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
• CAN-SPAM Act

2.Eligibility

To use VCardLine you must:

• Be at least18 years of age
• - Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• - Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law
• - Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately atsupport@vcardline.comif you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. VCardLine will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use VCardLine to create, manage, and share digital business cards for lawful personal or professional purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• -Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• - Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your card
• - Impersonate any person, business, or organization
• - Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• - Send unsolicited messages or spam to others
• - Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission
• - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• - Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purpose
• - Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

VCardLine reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these restrictions without prior notice.

5. Digital Business Cards

5.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you publish on your digital business card, including text, images, logos, videos, and links. By publishing content on VCardLine, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and deliver your card content to viewers as part of the Service.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content on your card. You represent and warrant that:

• - You own or have the right to use all content you publish
• - Your content does not violate any applicable law
• - Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• - Your content is not defamatory, obscene, or harmful

5.3 Content Removal

VCardLine reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

6.1 Free Plan

VCardLine offers a free plan with limited features. No payment information is required to use the free plan.

6.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize VCardLine to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified at least30 daysbefore any price change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6.4 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us atsupport@vcardline.comwithin7 daysof the charge.

6.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

6.6 Israeli Consumer Rights

In accordance with theIsraeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, Israeli users have the right to cancel a subscription within14 daysof the initial purchase and receive a full refund, provided no significant use of the paid features has occurred.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 VCardLine Property

All elements of the VCardLine platform - including its design, code, logo, trademarks, features, and content produced by us - are the exclusive property of VCardLine and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7.2 Your Property

As stated in Section 5, you retain ownership of all content you create and publish on your digital business card.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it atwww.vcardline.com/privacy-policy.

9.Third-Party Services

VCardLine integrates with third-party services including payment processors, analytics providers, and social media platforms. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. VCardLine is not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

10.Service Availability

VCardLine strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• - Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• - Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• - Suspend access in cases of abuse or security threats

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VCardLine shall not be liable for:

• - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• - Loss of business, revenue, or data
• - Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• - Any content published by users on their digital cards
• - Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to VCardLine in the3 monthspreceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VCardLine, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses - including legal fees - arising from:

• - Your use of the Service
• - Your violation of these Terms
• - Any content you publish on your card
• - Your violation of any third-party rights

13.Termination

13.1 By You

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon closure, your card and data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13.2 By VCardLine

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In cases of serious violation, no prior notice will be given.

14.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of theState of Israel. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located inIsrael.

For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

15.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do:

• - The updated Terms will be posted on this page
• - The effective date will be updated
• - Registered users will be notified by email for material changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
